Sorry for the delay in blogging, but the internet connections here on SPC are rather slow and posting pix takes lots of time -if not impossible  ;-)

Sunset over 'Tazacorte'

The first week on this beautiful island I just played 'tourist' together with my wife Ruth; more pictures can be found here.

Then last Monday the pilots of our small group (Peter, Andy, Küde, Alex) arrived and we could start flying.

The wind came mostly out of the North, so the usual sites like 'Puerto Naos' / 'Campanarios' couldn't be used and we had to go to Tazacorte and use the launches there: 'el Time' / 'Torre de Time'.
